City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 25-861 approving a Vesting Tentative Map (T24-00001), Development Plan (D24-00008), and Density Bonus (DB24-00002) and confirm issuance of a Categorical Exemption per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Article 19, Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects) to allow for a 40-lot subdivision and construction of 35 detached single-family homes, including six affordable units, on a vacant 4.05-parcel located on the south side of Kelly Street between Hunsaker Street and Andy Lane.
