27. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 25-821 approving Final Map No. T22-00007 for the proposed 1448 Avocado Road (Signal Point) Subdivision project and authorize the City Clerk to record the Final Map with the San Diego County Recorder.
