ADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ASSIGNMENT PREMIUM PAY FOR THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE\nASSISTANT (C) ASSIGNED TO THE CITY MANAGER (Human Resources Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) “Common Sense” exemption; and\n(2) Adopt a Resolution Establishing Assignment Premium Pay for the Senior Executive Assistant (C)\nAssigned to the City Manager.\nRESOLUTION
