Dial-a-Ride and Microtransit Program Contract Award Recommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Via Transportation (Via) to operate the Dial-a-Ride and Microtransit Program for a five-year term in an amount not to exceed $2,533,519, with two optional renewals of two years in an amount not to exceed a total of $2,110,166.
