13. FY 2023-24 Green Street Project - Final Acceptance Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Accept the work performed by S&H Civilworks for the FY 2023-24 Green Street Project; and 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file the proper “Notice of Completion”.
