8L. Award Construction Contract to DB Pipeline, Inc. for the Self-Realization Fellowship Drain Pipe Repair Project (CD25A). Environmental Considerations: The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c), which categorically exempts minor alterations to existing public streets, sidewalks, gutters, and similar facilities, including the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities. This exemption includes improvements and alterations that do not create additional automobile lanes.
