5) CONSIDERATION OF SUBAWARD BETWEEN LOS ANGELES COUNTY AND CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR 2025-26 ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM (ENP) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-55 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A SUBAWARD AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AGING AND DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR THE ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM (SUBAWARD NUMBER ENP 252609) AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR THE ACTING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUBAWARD AGREEMENT AND FUTURE AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBAWARD AGREEMENT 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreements and approve purchase orders for meals from vendors on the County's list of approved caterers, including any amendments to such agreements and purchase orders.
