12. SOLAR PANEL ASSESSMENT (MICROGRID RESILIENCY), ELECTRIC FLEET\nCONVERSION, AND CLIMATE ACTION AND ADAPTATION PLAN UPDATE\nRecommendations:\n(1) Proceed with implementing the microgrid resiliency system by identifying which\nsite(s) and battery storage system (24, 48, or 72-hours reservoir) staff should pursue;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Consultant Services Agreement with ICF\nIncorporated, LLC, in the amount of $130,000, for the preparation of a Fleet\nElectrification and Electric Vehicle Charging Implementation Plan;\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to approve a contingency amount not-to-exceed $20,000\nfor change orders or additional services that may be required for the agreement with\nICF Incorporated, LLC;\n(4) Appropriate $75,000 from available fund balance in the Capital Improvement Fund\nfor the consultant service agreement with ICF Incorporated, LLC;\n(5) Appropriate $75,000 from available fund balance in the Capital Improvement Fund\nfor the consultant service agreement with ICF Incorporated, LLC;\n(6) Receive and file the update on the status of the Climate Action and Adaptation Plan’s\ndevelopment.
