CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED MARCH 26, 2024\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:\n· The City Council authorized funding as part of the adopted fiscal year\nOperating Budget;\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and\n· The City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for\nstreamlined processing.\nThere is one contract amendment being presented for City Council\nconsideration as follows:\nAll City Management Services, Incorporated - Professional services for crossing\nguard services. The scope of work includes providing crossing guard services at\nSignal Hill elementary schools. The proposed Second Amendment would\nextend the term through February 1, 2025, and increase the total compensation\nby $147,573 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $579,201.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No. 2 Community Safety: Maintain community safety by supporting\npublic safety services and increasing emergency preparedness.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Contract Amendment Register dated March 26, 2024.
