Direct the City Attorney to send the attached response letter (Attachment 1),\npursuant to Government Code section 54960.1(c)(2), communicating the City Council's\ndetermination that the Demand Letter (Attachment 2) incorrectly asserts a Brown Act\nviolation where no violation occurred, and as such, the City Council need not cure or\ncorrect the alleged action.
