HDR Contract Amendment for Professional Services — Victoria Avenue Street and\nStorm Drain Improvements ( Project No. str17002)\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve a contract amendment to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith HDR Engineering, Inc. ( HDR), to provide right- of-way and additional\nengineering services for the Victoria Avenue Street and Storm Drain\nImprovements; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10% of\nthe revised contract amount.
