RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the city council approve the Sublease Non-Disturbance & Attornment Agreement for the Assignments of Hangar 15 from Erik Ludwick to 395 Park Place, LLC. and authorize the Ctiy Manager to execute the Agreements and make minor amendments thereto.
