7. AGREEMENT FOR AUTOMATED INSPECTION SCHEDULING – SELECTRON TECHNOLOGIES, INC. RECOMMENDED ACTION: City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an Amendment to the Master Services and Hosting Agreement (MSHA) with Selectron Technologies, Inc. This amendment will include an updated Scope of Work for a three-year term, with an option to renew for two additional years.
