7. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-023 Approving The Application For Cannabis Tax Fund Review And Authorize Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 California Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program (CTFGP) Grant Agreement It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-023 "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park Approving the Application for Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program Grant Funds". 2. Review FY 2025-2026 CTFGP Grant Agreement and Project Description; and 3. Provide any comments or feedback on the proposed grant agreement; and 4. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Grant Agreement on behalf of the City; and 5. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
