APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve an agreement with All City Management Services for crossing guard services. Recommendation: 1.. Approve an agreement with All City Management Services (ACMS) for 45 years with the option to extend the agreement for an additional 2 years at one-year intervals for crossing guard services beginning Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 (Attachment “A”) and: 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
