F. PURCHASE OF ARTICULATING AERIAL DEVICE FOR THE URBAN FORESTRY DIVISION The City Council is requested to approve the purchase of an articulating aerial device. Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Altec Industries, Inc. for direct ourchase of an articulating aerial device (LLR860-E70, Chassis: 2026 Freightliner M2) for the Urban Forestry Division through Sourcewell Contract #110421-ALT in the amount of $324,299.00.
