APPROVAL OF A CONSULTANT SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR PUBLIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATION SERVICES WITH GRASSROOTSLAB The City Council is requested to approve a Consultant Services Agreement for public information and education services with GrassrootsLab. Recommendation: 1. The City Council Council) is requested to approve a consultant service agreement in an amount up to $25,000 for community outreach and oublic education with GrassrootsLAB:; 2. Appropriate a total of $25,000 from General Fund Reserves for community outreach and public education; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
