I. ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUILDING DEMOLITION AT 5005 SERENO DRIVE (GIP NG. P2S03)) The City Council is requested to accept project completion for the building demolition at 5003 Sereno Drive. 1. Accept project completion for the Building Demolition at 5003 Sereno Drive, Project No. P25-03 as performed by Heritage Disposal, Inc. for a total amount of $66,480.77: 2. Authorize the City Manager to file a project Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to release a retention payment of $3,524.04 to Heritage Disposal, Inc. within 35 days following recordation of the Notice of Completion.
