H. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITYWIDE CATCH BASIN — INSERTS INSTALLATION PROJECT (CIP NO. P24-O1) The City Council is requested to accept project completion for the Citywide Catch Basin Inserts Installation Project. Recommendation: 1. Accept project completion for the Citywide Catch Basin Inserts Installation Project, Project No. P24-O1 as performed by United Storm Water, Inc. for a total amount of $42,703.38: 2. Authorize the City Manager to file a project Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to release a retention payment of $2,135.17 to United Storm Water, Inc. within 35 days following recordation of the Notice of Completion.
