3. Approve Amended Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Baldwin Park and the Department of Recreation and Community Services Trust for Activity #6 of Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Funds Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Approve the amended MOU between the City of Baldwin Park and RCS for the PLHA Funds in the amount of $366,949.12; and 2. Authorize the CEO to execute the MOU and necessary documents associated with the PLHA Funds; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary adjustments to the appropriation and the budget.
