20. Third amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between the South Bay Cities Council Of Governments and The City of Hawthorne regarding the use of allocated County Local Solutions Grant Funds To Implement the City's Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol And Drug Abuse (LACADA) Project RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG) to extend the term and associated reporting deadlines for the LACADA Project through June 30, 2027, and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
