19. APPROVE PURCHASE OF CORDICO WELLNESS APPLICATION FOR THE MONTEBELLO POLICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the purchase of the Cordico Wellness Application to provide a confidential, on-demand mental health and wellness platform for Montebello Police Department personnel (Attachment B); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents to complete the purchase, in an amount not to exceed $28,800 for a two-year subscription term for the Police Department use of the Cordico Wellness Appication; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
