12) CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TPMT HYDRAULIC DRIVEN AIRLESS PUMP SPRAY SYSTEM FOR INSTALLATION ON TRUCK CHASSIS It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the purchase of a TPMT Hydraulic Driven Airless Pump Spray System, to be installed on a City-purchased truck chassis, from Roadline Products, Inc. in the amount of $159,411.88, including equipment, installation, and applicable taxes and fees. 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the purchase order and/or agreement required for the purchase. 3. Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-66 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2025 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2026 (TPMT HYDRAULIC DRIVEN AIRLESS PUMP SPRAY SYSTEM)
