13) APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ORDER FOR FORD FLEET CARE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Acting City Manager to issue a purchase order to Ford Fleet Care utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute any purchase order change orders within the FY2025-26 budget for Fund 365, Fleet Management.
