(0410-60) Recommendation: That the City Council authorize incoming Mayor McKay and Mayor Pro Tempore Seabury to attend the 2025 Annual Cal Cities Conference and Expo in Long Beach, California, from October 8-10, 2025, and approve the expenditure of necessary funds for their participation.
