PRESENTATION AND FINANCIAL REPORT BY THE YE OLDE PLANK INN CHANGING OF THE GUARDS SUMMER KICK OFF PARTY. (1040-10) Recommendation: The recommendation is that the City Council accept and file the presentation and financial report from the event organizer and provide direction to staff as appropriate. CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.
