17. Second Amendment to the Consultant Agreement for survey services ("Second Amendment") between the City of Hawthorne ("City") and DRC Engineering, Inc. ("Consultant"). RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve this Second Amendment and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Second Amendment to the consultant agreement.
