16. Letter of Agreement by and between the City of Hawthorne and Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) to seek a traffic study to determine the feasibility of installing Crosswalk Improvements on Jack Northrop Ave RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) and authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into and execute the agreement.
