15. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4379 WITH GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY FOR BUS TIRE LEASE SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4379 with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear Tire), for a three-year (3-year) term with the option for renewal of up to two (2), additional one-year (1-year) terms, for Tire Lease Services (Request for Proposals No. 25-14); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and finalize Agreement No. 4379 with Goodyear Tire on behalf of the City of Montebello; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to an additional ten percent (10%) of the total amount for each fiscal year; and 4. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
