32. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4353 TO HI-WAY SAFETY, INC. TO PROVIDE SIGNAGE AND TRAFFIC CONTROL SUPPLIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4353 to Hi-Way Safety Inc. to provide Signage and Traffic Control supplies for a three (3) year term, with two (2) one-year extension options, for a not-to-exceed annual amount of $200,000 ($600,000 total over the initial three-year term); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
