22. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3871 WITH JAIRO’S PLUMBING INC. TO PROVIDE CITYWIDE AS-NEEDED PLUMBING SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3871 between the City of Montebello and Jairo’s Plumbing Inc. for a One (1) Year Extension to provide citywide as-needed plumbing services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
