23. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4300 WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH FOR PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (PH-005641) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 4300 with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health for Public Health Services (PH-005641); and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
