23. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3869 WITH PMC PLUMBING INC. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3869 between the City of Montebello and PMC Plumbing Inc. for a One (1) Year Extension; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
