27. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3733 WITH LPM CONSULTING INC., TO PROVIDE MONITORING AND OVERSIGHT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR MONTEBELLO BUS LINES’ SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council 1. Approve Amendment No. 6 to Agreement No. 3733 with LPM Consulting Inc. to provide monitoring and oversight consulting services for Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) Substance Abuse Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 6 on behalf of the City of Montebello; and 3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
