INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING DANA POINT MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 12, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Introduce and hold the First Reading of an Ordinance of the City of Dana Point entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA ADDING SECTION 12.08.051 TO TITLE 12 OF THE DANA POINT MUNICIPAL CODE 2) Direct Staff to schedule a second reading and adoption of the proposed Ordinance.
