City Council/ HDB/CDC/ OPFA: Staff recommends that the City Council, Harbor District 25-981 Board of Directors, Community Development Commission, and Oceanside Public Financing Authority adopt resolutions establishing the 2026 meeting schedule dates and times for regular meetings of the City Council, Small Craft Harbor District Board (HDB), Community Development Commission (CDC), and Oceanside Public Financing Authority (OPFA).
