RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the city council approve the Sublease Non-Disturbance & Attornment Agreement for the Assignment of Hangar 42 from 395 Park Place, LLC. to Hawthorne Green, LLC. and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreements and make minor amendments thereto.
