15. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT 3836 WITH WEST COAST ARBORIST FOR CITYWIDE TREE GRID PRUNING, TREE REMOVALS, TREE PLANTING, AND EMERGENCY SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 3836 between the City of Montebello and West Coast Arborists to exercise the first one-year term extension through October 14, 2026, and increase the annual not-toexceed amount by ten percent (10%) in addition to the five percent (5%) cost of living annual increase; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
