21. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-85 AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR FUNDING PROVIDED BY THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT AND THROUGH THE LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FUND AND THE STATE TRANSIT ASSISTANCE FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-85 authorizing the Director of Finance to submit a claim for funding provided by the Transportation Development Act and through the Local Transportation Fund and the State Transit Assistance Fund for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
