22. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-84 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN FUNDS PROVIDED BY SENATE BILL 1 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-84 authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents required to obtain funds provided by Senate Bill 1 (SB1); and 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
