5) CONSIDERATION OF 2025-26 OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) GRANT It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept 2025-26 Grant Number PT26157 from the State Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), and authorize the Acting City Manager and authorized designees to execute the Grant Agreement and all grant related documents, in such form as approved by the City Attorney; and 2.
