13. Measure M Funding Agreement MM5507.16 Between the City of Hawthorne and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to Design Street Improvements for the Jack Northrop Improvement Project and Appropriation of $200,000 from the General Fund Balance for this Project. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council accept the grant and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Funding Agreement and all future amendments and appropriate $200,000 from the General Fund balance to Account Number 291-5502-XXX-40014 for the project to design street improvements for the Jack Northrop Improvement Project.
