Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract with LCR Earthwork & Engineering, Corp. for the construction of\nthe Village of Heritage North, South, and West Pavement Rehabilitation\nProject, in the amount of $1,290,941.00 and authorize a 10% contingency\nin the amount of $129,094.10 (Bid No. DE-153-23-SB)\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of\nthe City of Fontana for the Village of Heritage North, South, and West\nPavement Rehabilitation Project.
