Out-Of-Area Sewer Service Agreement (ANX No. 23-001), 21-2920\nbetween the City of Fontana and Maria Lourdes Burciaga,\nfor the sewer service provided by the City of Fontana to\n14775 Carmel Street (APN: 0231-251-37).\n1. Find that the project is Exempt pursuant to Section No. 15268(b)(4)\n(Ministerial Project, Utility Connection) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) and, direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption; and,\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Out-Of- Area\nSewer Service Agreement (ANX No. 23-001) with Maria Lourdes\nBurciaga, for the provision of sewer service to an existing single-family\nresidence located at 14775 Carmel Street, within the western sphere of\ninfluence of the City of Fontana.
