29. CONSIDER APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING A FUNDING TRANSFER FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1610: FOISIA PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSIDER RESOLUTION 25-131, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a supplemental budget in the amount of approximately $100,000.00 for Capital Improvement Project No. 1610: Foisia Park Improvements, to cover the cost of replacing hydroseed with sod. — 2. WAIVE further reading and ADOPT Resolution No. 25-131, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS" to transfer funds between 101-99-999-904-8009 and 101-99999-904-8008 to fully fund this supplemental budget.
