28. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE SUCCESSOR PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES/ORANGE COUNTIES BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL AND THE SIGNATORY CRAFT COUNCILS AND UNIONS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Successor Project Labor Agreement with the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and Unions for a term of five (5) years with three one-year renewals; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the same upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
