Recommend Acceptance of the Project and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of Completion for City Project No. CIP 24-001-55027 Morgan Park Restroom Improvements It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the construction improvements by Corral Construction Development, Inc. of Commerce, CA in the amount of $422,632 and authorize the recordation of a Notice of Completion; and 2.
