Council initiated item from Councilmember Joy Lyndes regarding the City of\nEncinitas developing a construction cost estimate for the Beautification of the\nSan Elijo Ave. and Manchester Ave. intersection in Cardiff by the Sea and to\ninclude this project cost on the list of 2024/25 projects for city funding\nconsideration.
