3) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A LIST OF ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL PLANNING CONSULTING\nFIRMS AND A LIST OF ON-CALL ENVIRONMENTAL FIRMS TO PROVIDE AS-NEEDED PLANNING\nAND ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\nDEPARTMENT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve the on-call professional planning services list of 7 consulting firms;\nb. Approve the on-call professional environmental services list of 7 consulting firms; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with each of the on-call professional\nplanning firms up to the authorized budgeted amount.
