Approve the first amendment to the contract\nservices agreement with MV Cheng & Associates for Professional Accounting Manager\nServices in a maximum contract sum not to exceed $166,750; and B.) Authorize the\nDirector of Finance/City Treasurer to transfer salary savings for the Accounting Manager\nto the contract services line item in the Finance Department budget.
